Kona Curative exists to help get title defects resolved so drilling and transactions can move ahead.
Our mission
Title defects rarely go away on their own, and they usually surface at the worst time. Our job is to take the curative items on a title and work them methodically: research the record, prepare the right instruments, coordinate with the title attorney, and report progress without surprises.
Our founder
Kona Curative was founded by a landman with 20 years of experience. Our founder is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) through the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and serves on the AAPL Mentorship Committee.
